Meet the Team

Crissy Muthler – Paralegal

Crissy Muthler is the Paralegal at Kerstetter Law Office.  She has been with us since November 2010.  Her duties include interacting with clients, assisting Brian in all areas of the law, drafting legal documents, and conducting legal research.  She prepares our Real Estate Closings as well as all Divorce Complaints, Bankruptcy Petitions, and Estate Planning Documents.  She is also a Notary Public.

 Crissy graduated from Jersey Shore Area High School in 2003.  She earned an Associate of Applied Science Degree in the Legal Assistant/Paralegal major from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2007.  She then obtained a full-time Paralegal position at a Law Office in Williamsport, PA, where she was also the Office Manager.  While working full-time she continued her studies part-time and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal Studies from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2010.  Crissy was also employed at another Law Office in Williamsport, PA where she worked exclusively on Bankruptcies.

 She was born and raised in Jersey Shore, PA.  She loves to watch MLB baseball (particularly the Phillies) and plays softball on a co-ed team, a women’s league team, and for her church.  Her other hobbies include kayaking, skiing, and spending time with her family and friends.

Sue Herbster – Legal Secretary

Sue joined the office in February, 2011 as a legal secretary.  She is a 1988 graduate of West Snyder High School.  She is married with three children and one grandchild.  Prior to joining the team, Sue worked in the scrapbooking industry for six years.  She is an avid scrapbooker.  Sue enjoys working with the public and she knows that folks are often uncomfortable when coming to visit the office for the first time.  Sue’s mission is to greet you with a friendly smile the moment you walk in the door and help make you feel at ease throughout your experience at the office.
