Brian L. Kerstetter

 

Brian is a Lewisburg native and attended Lewisburg schools.

Brian received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from King’s College in 1996 and a Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University in 1999.  Brian is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania Courts including the Pennsylvania Superior and Supreme Courts.  He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Brian is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Union/Snyder County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Domestic Relations Association and is a former member of the Pennsylvania District Attorney’s Association.

   

Brian began his career in private practice in 1999 when he opened the Law Office of Brian L. Kerstetter.  Since then, he has worked as a First Assistant Public Defender,  he is the attorney for both the Union and Snyder County Domestic Relations Offices, he is the solicitor for several local Townships and Municipal Authorities and from June, 2001 until January, 2006, he was the First Assistant District Attorney in Snyder County. 


 

Tonia L. Wilson

 

 

Tonia is a 1997 graduate of Kreamer Christian Academy and a 2000 graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Technology with an Associates degree in Paralegal/Legal Assistant.  She has worked as a paralegal for the office since May of 2001.  She provides paralegal support in the following areas:  Real Estate, Bankruptcy, Divorce and Estate Planning.  She is a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

 

 


 

Meagan E. Lynch

 

 

Meagan is a 2004 graduate of Mifflinburg High School.  She began her employment with the office in November, 2005.  Meagan provides office support in all practice areas.
